Day 3: Room Service at SO Sofitel Hua Hin - Thailand

After cleaning up after our late night swim, it's time for some late night snacks.  We took out a bag of snacks we bought from Siam Paragon's supermarket.  I have no idea what it is.  It's basically a piece of leaves with lots of ingredients such as peanuts, ginger, onion, dried shrimp and some unknown bits of this and that with some sweet gooey sauce.

Before we can eat that, we have to prepare the ingredients.  Lots of cutting and washing....in our washroom...feels kind of gross to be preparing food in the washroom.

So, here is the stuff~  It's a lot of hard work to cut up the ginger and onion, especially when we don't have a cutting bored or a sharp knife.

Just wrap everything up and eat~  Even eating this take a lot of time and energy...coz we need to wrap up all the different ingredients and there are so many leaves!

Eating bits of this and that is obviously not enough for dinner.  We had some cup noodle, but we wanted real food.  So, we whipped out the room service menu~

The prices are so cheap compare to the Thai food I eat in Hong Kong.  So, there is no reason not to pick up the phone and call for room service!

Satay~  Yummy

Tom Yum Gung soup with rice~  Super spicy but super yummy.  Best thing is that we can have yummy dinner without leaving our room.  Great for our lazy ass.
